New Mission!

We've started on a journey to grind back our achievements in the JP version of Touken Ranbu, as the English version is terminating service at the end of August. We must rebuild!

Sadge because Matt just came back from his kiwame and he looks... different, it's not his iconic outfit but still very regal.

He came back only to leave me--so I thought--but he came home really early in the JP version, so for that I am eternally grateful to RNGsus.

Now, if only TK would stop being so stubborn and come home as well. I keep pulling all these other 3:20 forge time Tachis and not my own son? 

Saniwa Style!

"Hahahaha, aren't you touching too much?"

Oooooof I've been really submerging myself into Touken Ranbu's universe. As a saniwa of the Touken Danshi, I am thinking I need my own MC design to really elevate the experience. TouRan doesn't give too much of a storyline at all, and the game can be quite repetitive and dry. So I might as well provide my own backstory.

Unlike the canon anime, my saniwa will be female. She's from the future, in the year 2205! Here is the description of the game taken from Johren's official website:

The year is 2205. Revisionists seeking to change history have begun to attack the past. The "Saniwa", who has been given the task of protecting the history, heads back in time with "Touken Danshi", the fabled swords that have taken the forms of powerful warrior.

Sooo obviously, she has magical abilities befitting of the role. I will say that she comes from a family of renowned sages and landed her role working with the government due to high recommendations from family friends. She is jaded and serious and likely suffered some sort of trauma growing up. She definitely isn't one that opens up very easily...

Baby's Birthday

Simeon's birthday is on Feb 10th!!! The week long event celebration started yesterday and I am OVER THE MOON!!! MC and Simeon get matching teacups because Simeon asked for his gift from MC to be "something matching" that they could use together. AND THEY SHARE THEIR FIRST KISS EVER LOL!!! OOOOOOF it was rather unclimactic OVERALL but my heart still exploded. it was a big deal. i'm hoping that the Devilgram stories carry me a little further into my fangirl fantasies haha.

About Belphie

☆Planetarium Belphie☆

Many Obey Me! fans dislike Belphie because in the main story arc, he does something unforgivable that gets brushed over by either messy writing/translation or a lack of further plot development. I was shocked and also thought the devs should have wrapped things up better, but keep in mind this is a mobile game and not a full-fledged RPG. Mind you, I know that isn't much of an excuse, but think of it like comparing FE Heroes to an actual FE RPG installment. It's like comparing ants to elephants! Anyway, I'm writing this because I read a post asking why Belphie stans like him, and well, let me count the ways, lol!

Firstly, I preface this by saying that Belphie is not my fav akuma boi, my fav is PROBABLY Stan. (Yes, Stan.) But there are moments where Belphie outshines Stan for me, and this post isn't really about Stan.

My Reasons!!!

• He's a cute baby boi, the youngest brother. Everyone babies him, and I'm no exception.

• He actually gets character development and a backstory, which is more than most of the other brothers get.

• After the incident, and in all side stories, he's an openly affectionate character that communicates what he wants. Like wanting to cuddle and nap together, visiting events together, telling you when something feels good, etc. He is very sweet and direct. For me, I find that incredibly endearing. No, I don't want Mammon to wait for me to ask him to the dance (although I do like Mammon), I want a boi who asks me to the dance and says how happy he is that I said yes, then asks me if he can sleep in my bed and stroke my head until I fall asleep... which perfectly segues to my next point 

• I LOVE sleeping. My bed is probably my fav place to be, and I love relaxing on the couch and being lazy. I often think about how nice it would be to cuddle Belphie and, since I get cold easily, he would double as a body pillow and heater! Taking naps with him is probably a huge selling point for many fans.

• He's bratty, but he's also clever and intelligent. Not only is he capable of planning and executing long-term evil plots, but he does well in school. His good grades seem effortless, since he's always sleeping (LOL)

• He seems so comfy... I just wanna curl up and take a catnap... maybe sleep the whole day away... yawn, I feel his lifestyle calls out to me.

• I love his horns, they're my fav design even though I don't particularly like his demon form design in general. Hey, he's a cow and I'm a sheep--we might be compatible!

Those are the majority of my reasons. Meh, I forgive him for what he's done. It isn't his fault he's an akuma!


Tl;dr I like Belphie because he's cute, affectionate, and perfect for taking naps with.

I've finally unlocked the Ferris Wheel background from Stan's birthday card devil tree. Quite happy with myself as it reminds me of the carnival fanfic, hehe. 

Obey Me! - Brainstorming

Welp, at the influence of my longtime friend I've picked up another mobile game called "Obey Me!" It's literally about a human going into the demon realm, called the "Devildom", to become an exchange student in a school. Oh, and there's hot demon anime boys. My friend is like, super obsessed with this game and I'm trying to ride the coattails of this enthusiasm so I can enjoy writing and roleplaying again, too.

So far I have an A/U plot, and have made up some OC's. Lol.

Full Name: Nathaniel Mikhael Clark

Personality: Generally distrustful of strangers at first, Nathaniel needs time to warm up to new people. He has a habit of analyzing others to figure out their true intentions. Onmyoji Karin!

Ahh, I am obsessed with another lottery-style mobile game. Move over FEH, now it's time for me to be obsessed over Onmyoji.

Set in a fantasy feudal Japan, this game has incredible character designs and artwork. I'm still figuring out the game mechanics but only after 5 days of playing I've already pulled an SP and 2 SSR shikigami!!!
